HIGHDOOR™ SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messaging communications between HIGHDOOR™ (“HIGHDOOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and individuals who provide consent to receive text messages from HIGHDOOR.

 

By providing your mobile phone number, opting into SMS communications, submitting a website form, scheduling services, requesting information, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from HIGHDOOR, you agree to these SMS Terms.

 

SECTION 1. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

 

By providing your mobile phone number to HIGHDOOR, you expressly consent to receive text messages from HIGHDOOR, including messages sent using automated technology, artificial intelligence systems, automated scheduling systems, and other communication platforms.

 

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Some customers may receive only occasional messages while active customers may receive recurring communications throughout a project.

Customers are responsible for any charges imposed by their wireless carrier.

 

HIGHDOOR is not responsible for SMS charges, data charges, roaming charges, or other carrier fees.

 

SECTION 5. OPTING OUT

 

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message.

 

Following opt-out, HIGHDOOR will make reasonable efforts to discontinue non-essential text messaging communications.

 

Certain service-related communications may still be provided through alternative communication methods when necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or complete requested services.

HIGHDOOR may utilize:

• Automated scheduling tools

 

• Automated messaging systems

 

• Customer service automation tools

 

• Communication routing systems

 

• Virtual assistants

 

• Third-party communication platforms

 

Messages may be generated, transmitted, routed, summarized, analyzed, or assisted by such technologies.

 

SECTION 8. CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

 

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, misdirected, blocked, incomplete, or failed text messages.

 

Delivery of text messages depends upon carrier networks, device settings, service availability, and other factors outside HIGHDOOR’s control.

 

SECTION 9. PRIVACY

 

Information collected through SMS communications is governed by the HIGHDOOR Privacy Policy.

 

Customers are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy available on the HIGHDOOR website.

 

SECTION 10. ELIGIBILITY

 

By enrolling in SMS communications, you represent that:

 

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have legal authority to provide consent;

 

• You are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided; and

 

• You are authorized to receive communications at that number.

 

SECTION 11. CHANGES TO SMS TERMS

 

HIGHDOOR reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time.

 

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

 

Continued participation in SMS communications following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

 

SECTION 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIGHDOOR shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

 

• Delayed messages;

 

• Failed message delivery;

 

• Carrier outages;

 

• Technical failures;

 

• Network interruptions;

 

• Incorrect phone numbers provided by users;

 

• Unauthorized access to mobile devices; or

 

• Events beyond HIGHDOOR’s reasonable control.
