Founder David Esposito is a St. Petersburg, Florida native. His family has worked in the home and property space for generations, and today HIGHDOOR™ is supported by decades of real-world construction experience. His father, Joe Esposito of J&J Builders & Developers, has been serving the Tampa Bay area since 1979 and qualifies our construction work.
What makes HIGHDOOR™ different is the combination of old-school industry knowledge and modern thinking. With backgrounds spanning technology, media, and property services, we’ve built a company focused on organization, communication, and long-term property care—not just one-time projects.

Joseph Esposito has spent decades building a reputation for quality, integrity, and craftsmanship throughout the Tampa Bay area. As a licensed General Contractor, he has managed a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects while mentoring the next generation of builders. At HIGHDOOR™, Joseph serves as a trusted construction advisor, bringing invaluable experience and technical expertise to the team.

After seeing firsthand how fragmented and frustrating the home services industry can be, he set out to build something different: one trusted company that homeowners, property managers, investors, and businesses can rely on for nearly every home and property need. David’s vision for HIGHDOOR combines professionalism, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service with modern technology to create a simpler, more transparent, and stress-free service experience.

Sofía Montenegro is part of the founding team at HIGHDOOR™, where she helps oversee day-to-day operations, customer experience, and marketing. Working alongside the company’s leadership, Sofía plays an integral role in building the systems, processes, and communication that keep HIGHDOOR running smoothly. From supporting customers to managing digital content and coordinating behind the scenes, she’s dedicated to creating a seamless experience for every client.
