How to use TweetDeck

TweetDeck is currently available on tweetdeck.com or Mac App Store.
How to start using TweetDeck
Visit http://tweetdeck.twitter.com, or open the desktop app for Mac.
Log in with your Twitter account. We recommend that you use a Twitter account that has not been shared with others.
Once logged in, you can add several Twitter accounts to your tweets account

How to connect several Twitter accounts to your TwitterDeck
Click on the account in the navigation bar.
Click the link that has the second account.
To understand this, read the message you are adding to the team team, then click Continue.
In the new window, click on the account's username or email and password and click Authorize.
You are ready to use TweetDeck!
How to remove an account from TweetDeck
Click on the account in the navigation bar.
Expand the account that you want to delete by clicking on the down arrow.
Click on leave team and confirm by clicking leave.
Note: The account you tweeted should not be removed from the TweetDek.
Manage multiple accounts on TweetDeck
Choose a default account:

You can select which of your accounts to use as your default account. This is the account that you will write with a tweet, like a tweet, and the reply of the tweet.

If you log in to use an individual username, for which you only have one password, you can safely access your team accounts without any risk for security. We recommend that you use login verification for additional security.

Using TweetDeck columns

Instead of a single timeline, TweetDeck allows you to add columns to display those specific content that you are interested in and view them side by side. Add columns that show all your mentions, track results of search queries, likes list, hashtags and latest tweets etc.

To add columns:


From the navigation bar, click on the plus icon to select the Add column.
Select the type of column you want to add.
Under your accounts, select the account that you want to populate the column.
Note: You can also create columns using information based on the functions of other accounts. Click on the account username and choose from tasks such as their mentions, inventory, collection or choice.

Click the filter icon in the column headers next to the column headers.
Which type of filter (content, user, or alert) you want to select on the column.
To collapse the column setting, click the filter icon again.
Note: Columns with custom filtering will display filtered with icons for the filters you have enabled.
Rewarded columns:

Easily rearrange the order of columns in TweetDeck with just a few quick clicks.


Click the filter icon in the column headers next to the column headers.
To move the column, click on the left or right arrow, depending on which direction you are in.
Note: You can also drag and drop columns by their respective icon from the navigation bar to rearrange your columns.
Types of TweetDeck columns and what they display
Home: Home Timeline for a specific account.
User: Tweet from a specific account.

Notifications:

 Notifications for a particular account, when the tweets of the account are included.
